£250k available to build a clean room at the Spaceport.

Piran Composites Ltd, a leading player in the manufacturing and consulting sector are gearing up for an expansion.

As part of their growth plans, they're moving to new premises at Southern Hangar 1, Spaceport Cornwall.

To facilitate their ambitious vision, they are embarking on the construction of a state-of-the-art clean room within their new hangar.

What is a clean room?

Clean rooms are meticulously controlled environments essential for industries where even the tiniest particles can compromise product quality, such as aerospace, medical, and electronics.

Project Duration: The construction is slated to commence on June 17, 2024, with completion targeted for August 16, 2024, making it a two-month endeavor.

Estimated Value: The project budget falls within the range of £250K to £275K.

Selection Process: Piran Composites will evaluate tenders based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, considering factors beyond just cost to ensure the best value proposition.

The deadline to apply is May 30, 2024, at 16:00.
