£120k Budget allocated to Trenance Park
Corserv Limited is seeking a contractor to improve Trenance Park with a budget of £120,000.
The aim? To transform the park into a year-round attraction, ensuring accessibility for all, including wheelchair users.
Scheduled Construction: The construction work is planned for the autumn of 2024, after the summer holidays but before October's half-term break.
Selection Criteria: They'll pick the contractor based on two main factors: quality and price. Quality counts for 30%, meaning they want someone who will do a good job. Price counts for 70%, so they're also looking for someone who offers a good deal.
