Argos building to become Artisans Emporium
The former Argos building is going to be split into individual trading areas.
David Ball has 18 to let, varying in size. The smallest is 12 sq mts and will cost £350 per month, equating to £11.50 per day.
They are looking for traders who can offer something a bit different and who cannot afford to rent on the high street.
The rent will include electricity, water, waste, and insurance.
The only outlay will be their individual insurance for their wares. There will be communal WCs and a kitchen.
It is going to be called Artisans Emporium.
