Good Morning,

Over the weekend, I let a lady go ahead of me in line at the checkout with her shopping. No big deal.

But what struck me was how grateful she was. She even thanked me again as she left the store.

I had that feeling that people don't often do kind things for her.

This got me thinking... all I want for my kids as they grow up is for them to be kind and respectful towards others.

I'm a big fan of the idea of ‘paying it forward’.

It's probably why I enjoy going to the Wave Cafe, as that's their culture.

It's nice to be nice.

Over 200 people rescued from Whipsiderry

On Sunday Newquay Coastguard Rescue Team were tasked to assist RNLI Lifeguards Newquay on Porth Beach with regards to clearing crowds from Whipsiderry with an incoming tide.

Some 200 plus were advised and assisted back through to Porth beach.

Then 40 minutes later, the team requested the assistance of both Newquay RNLI Lifeboats to help retrieve a casualty plus members of the public from Whipsiderry Beach.

The lifeboats then continued to assist with persons making their way to Whipsiderry via Watergate beach.
