I sometimes feel we forget how great it is to live in Newquay!
Trust me, there are thousands of people around the UK who would give their teeny weeny baby toes to move here, but for whatever reason, they can’t.

This afternoon at 1252hrs Newquay Coastguard Rescue Team were tasked to assist Holywell Bay Lifeguards & South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust with a casualty at Holywell Beach. We wish the casualty a speedy recovery.
Always swim at a lifeguarded Beach.
If you see someone in difficulty along the coast dial 999 and ask for the coastguard.
