Newquay Featured in Conde Nast Traveller

We are thrilled to share that our beloved seaside town, Newquay, has been featured in the prestigious travel magazine, Conde Nast Traveller. The article, written by Emma Henderson, showcases Newquay's transformation from a teenage party hotspot to a mature and alluring destination for visitors from all walks of life.

The piece highlights the diverse range of accommodations, from the chic Watergate Bay Hotel to the historic Headland Hotel, and the tranquil Scarlet and Bedruthan Steps. It also praises the town's culinary scene, with mentions of local favorites such as Box & Barber, Verbena, The Fish House Fistral, and Fox's Revenge.

Conde Nast Traveller also acknowledges Newquay's vibrant drink scene, featuring the secret wine bar, The Bottle Shop, the speakeasy-style Tom Thumb, and the hand-roasted coffee at The Roasting Room.

Of course, no article about Newquay would be complete without mentioning our stunning beaches, rich history, and unique wellness experiences. The article encourages visitors to take a surf lesson at Fistral Beach, explore the Elizabethan manor Trerice House, and unwind at the mobile wood-fired Olla Hiki Sauna by the sea.

If I had the money I’d snap up this place in a heartbeat.

That garage would be turned into a man cave within 3 months! Bar, 42” flatscreen TV on the wall, pool table, dart board, neon Las Vegas sign. #Heaven
