So with the Pie and Ale festival starting tomorrow at Cubert my biggest problem today is deciding if I should eat food.

A little life hack I learned is that food always tastes better when you're hungry! But there’s a fine line between hungry and Hangry. #1stworldproblems 😆

Aldi is re-opening today

The most important story for me this week is that Aldi has re-opened today. It’s the only place I can find decent nappies. For my kids, not me. 😆

The refurbished store offers increased space, dedicated to fresh British meat and fish, plus an improved ‘Food to Go’ section, offering a choice of fresh salads, sandwiches, and sushi.

Though most importantly for the community the refurb has created 6 new jobs.

Ground Worker

£18–£19 an hour. Full–time

The client is a leading engineering and construction business and works across rail, energy, environmental, and infrastructure projects. They have immediate requirements for Ground Workers to work on a site on the outskirts of Newquay.

The successful candidate must hold a valid CSCS card and have previous experience. Candidates who have previous experience in kerbing, drainage, and trimming formations would be advantageous (preferably on civils, rail, or highways projects).
