Drunk driver, on Cannabis, arrested with 3 kids in the car
At the weekend a Ford Focus was seen driving erratically by police.
The outcome? The driver blew a 49. (limit is 35) when taking a breathalyser test.
Plus they also tested positive for cannabis. To make things worse they also had three kids in the car. The police arrested them on the spot.
According to https://www.drinkdriving.org/ the person responsible is looking at a 12-16 month ban as well as a level B or C fine.
Which turns out is 100/150% of your weekly wage. As long as they have no previous relevant convictions within the proceeding 10 years
