November 1 -£1 million for a ‘surfer pad’
Good Morning,
Something to ponder for the weekend.
One of the biggest adrenaline rushes I get in life is seeing people happy.
That could be friends, family or random people I’ve met.
I think about this quote quite a lot…
The secret to living is giving.
It's not what you get that makes you valuable, it's who you become.

£1 million for a ‘surfer pad’.
Fun fact: My wife and I were the last people to get married in the hotel (Trebarwith Hotel) that used to stand here before developers built these new buildings.
Luxury eco-conscious homes marketed at surfers have gone on the market - but one of the plush pads will set you back a cool £1 million. Gwel Trebarwith is a new high-end housing development that is claimed to offer a "blend of luxury and practicality" and "exceptional sea views".
With direct access to Great Western Beach, the advert states the development is "particularly appealing to surf enthusiasts who dream of having premium waves just steps from their front door". But you'll need more than a good winter wetsuit - you'll need deep pockets too, as the luxury homes come with an extravagant price tag.
The Beach House has already been snapped up, but the two-bedroom apartments, priced at £699,000, and the townhouses, priced at £950,000, are still available.
