So, I got introduced this morning to a musician from the 60s called Nick Drake.

Until today I’d never heard of him.

I wonder how many classic songs/musicians out there I have never heard of.

Dog falls over cliff but is OK

On Sunday afternoon at 1229hrs Newquay Coastguard Rescue Team were tasked to assist St Agnes Coastguard Search & Rescue Team with reports of a dog having slipped its lead and gone over a cliff near Perranporth.

The teams were able to carry out a technical rope rescue and successfully managed to retrieve the dog unharmed to the top of the cliff., reuniting the dog with their owners.

If you see someone in difficulty along the coast, dial 999 and ask for the coastguard.
