October 17 - Farmers Arms in hit-and-run

Good Morning,

Just heard the news about Liam Payne.

Even if you don’t like One Direction, knowing someone so young has passed away makes your heart sink. 😭

My foster mother always says…

Joe, you never know what’s around the corner so enjoy life!

So, if you’ve got a friend or relative with whom you’ve fallen out, forget the issues and give them a call because one day you won’t get that chance.

Farmers Arms in hit-and-run

Around 2 am on Tuesday, someone drove into the wall at the Farmers Arms in St Columb Minor.

Stephen Simmons and his family were asleep when they were awakened by an almighty bang in the middle of the night.

I was in bed but my son was awake and we heard this almighty crash. There was a car in the car park. What they were doing we don't know. But the driver must have floored it, went into wall, then over it before reversing onto the road and driving off towards Newquay."

Any property with a palm tree gets my attention. And probably adds 10k to the price! 😆

  1. It is crazy to think that the big house has gone. That road on the right is chester road.
