I try to share words of wisdom at least once a week, but my brain seems to be in sleep mode right now. 😆

But I will say this. No matter how old you are, never stop learning!

I pay £12.99 a month for YouTube Premium, and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done!

Why? Because I treat it as an open University.

30 seconds of ads don’t sound like much, but get that twice a day for a month, and you’ve spent 1 hour of your life waiting.

If you feel like you’re worth more than £12.99 an hour, switch to premium.

P.S. Whatever you want to learn, add the word ‘masterclass’ to the end.

Newquay could get 225 new houses alongside recent proposals for 150 more on land near Nansledan.

On behalf of applicant Newquay LVA LLP, Savills has requested formal pre-application advice in respect of a likely outline planning application for up to 225 new houses, business and employment start-up units, with associated access, landscaping and open space on land north of the A392 at Nansledan.
