If you have arthritis, listen to this story.
My wife went swimming at the Headland a few weeks ago and met a 70-year-old lady in the pool.
It turns out her neck and shoulders are riddled with arthritis!
All the tablets in the world didn’t help, but one physiotherapist suggested daily swimming.
And guess what? It works, and she feels great!
Now, she didn’t say the pain has gone away, but she did say she feels 20 years younger!
It might not work for you, but it’s literally a no-lose bet. Even if it doesn’t, you can still get out of the house and get in a bit of exercise.
